How to generate a professional deck with AI in 5 minutes

On the home page, choose “From Idea”. Don’t stop at “make a report”. Name the audience, the occasion, and the conclusion you want people to remember. For example: “A 10-slide quarterly review for the product team, focused on why retention dropped and the three actions for next quarter.”

The more specific the sentence, the less the outline drifts. If you already have a structure or page-by-page notes, use “From Outline” or “From Description” instead of starting from a blank sentence.

Set the aspect ratio, then choose a style template close to the occasion, or describe the look in a sentence. A pitch can be spare and high-contrast. A lesson can use larger type and more whitespace. The style applies across the deck, which is faster than recoloring slides one by one later.

If you have reference files, upload them before you create the project. Keep them around 10MB or less. Wait until parsing finishes so the material actually lands in the outline.

When the first draft appears, check the page count and titles before you generate pictures. Drop duplicate slides, move the conclusion forward, and add one or two points on the slides that carry the argument. Editing the outline is cheaper than editing finished images.

Only then move on to page descriptions and images. The deck usually appears in a few minutes. Use the remaining time to check facts, numbers, and names.

Click through from the first slide to the last. Check three things: each title stands on its own, neighboring slides don’t repeat, and any number you will say out loud is written on the slide. Export after that pass.

Export PPTX if you still need to edit animation or swap a logo in PowerPoint or WPS. Export PDF if the file is only for sharing or printing.
